Rocot: Reborn

Chapter 334

"Black snake?!" Rocot growled, his tone showing undisguised shock and a hint of... fear? Alicia was stunned. She had never seen Rocot lose his composure like this. This man who always planned everything as if everything was under control, now looked like a cat whose tail had been stepped on, showing obvious panic.

Black Snake smiled coldly, and the sound of metal rubbing against the mask was creepy. "What, the dignified King of Darkness is also afraid sometimes?" She pushed the dagger in her hand forward a little more, and the sharp tip of the knife pierced Roccod's skin, and a trace of blood oozed out.

"You..." Roccod took a deep breath and tried to calm himself down, "Aren't you dead?"

"Dead?" Black Snake's tone was full of sarcasm, as if he had heard something funny. "You think I'll disappear with that little trick you played back then? Rokod, you underestimated me, didn't you?"

"What do you want?" Rocot ignored her sarcasm and stared at her sharply.

"What do I want?" Black Snake's voice suddenly rose, his tone filled with deep hatred, "What do you think I want? You took away everything from me and left me struggling to survive in the darkness. Now, I want you to pay the price!"

Black Snake turned his wrist and stabbed down with the dagger. Alicia screamed in fear and closed her eyes. However, the expected pain did not come. She opened her eyes tremblingly and saw that Roccod had already dodged the fatal blow, but Black Snake's dagger still cut a bloody wound on his arm.

"Locked!" Alicia exclaimed and rushed over to check his injuries.

Roccod grabbed her hand and pulled her behind him, "Don't come over here, it's dangerous!"

"Danger?" Black Snake seemed to have heard something funny, her tone full of disdain, "Lockold, do you think you are still qualified to say the word 'danger' now?" She looked at Alicia coldly, "Little girl, I advise you to stay away from him, otherwise..."

"What else?" Roccod interrupted Black Snake, his eyes cold, "You want to attack her? Black Snake, you should know that what I hate most is being threatened."

"Threat?" Black Snake laughed, his laughter was sharp and piercing, "Lockold, you should understand the situation. I am threatening you now! Your life is in my hands. It would be easy for me to kill you!"

"Really?" Roccod raised a cold arc at the corner of his mouth, "Then you can try."

As soon as he finished speaking, the lights around him suddenly began to flicker, and the entire bar fell into a strange darkness. Black Snake's face changed slightly, "What did you do?"

"Nothing." Roccod's voice sounded in the darkness, with a chilling coldness, "Just a little trick."

"Damn it!" Black Snake cursed inwardly. She knew that Roccod was stalling for time, but she could do nothing about it. This man always liked to turn the tables in desperate situations. She had to admit that she was a little afraid of him.

In the darkness, there was a slight sound of footsteps. Black Snake's heart was alarmed. She turned around suddenly, but found nothing.

"Are you looking for me?" Rocot's voice sounded behind her, with a hint of teasing.

Before Black Snake could react, he felt a pain in his wrist and the dagger slipped out of his hand and fell into Rocot's hand.

"Now, it's my turn." Rocot's voice was cold and ruthless, like a death warrant from hell.

Black Snake's face changed drastically, and she turned around and tried to escape, but Rocot was faster than her. He grabbed her neck and pressed her against the wall.

"What do you want to do?" The black snake struggled in fear, but to no avail.

Roccod did not speak, but looked at her coldly, his eyes full of murderous intent. The dagger in his hand was right at her heart, and with just a little force, he could end her life...

"Lockold, you can't kill me!" Black Snake's eyes widened in horror, his voice trembling, "You know too much. If you kill me, you will never know the truth!"

There was a hint of mockery in Rocot's eyes, but the dagger in his hand did not relax at all. "The truth? What truth? The truth that you betrayed me, or the truth that you tried to kill Alicia?"

Black Snake's breathing became rapid. She tried desperately to break free from Roccod's grip, but she was powerless like a trapped animal. "Roccod, listen to me. Back then... back then I was also forced to do so. I was also..."

"Being forced?" Rocot sneered and interrupted her defense, "Do you think I would believe such nonsense? Black Snake, is there anything else to talk about between you and me?"

The cold light of the dagger flashed in Black Snake's terrified pupils. She felt death approaching, and her heart seemed to jump out of her chest. In desperation, she could only use her last bargaining chip, "Lockold, don't you want to know who is behind all this? Who made you end up like this? Who killed..."

Black Snake's voice stopped abruptly. Roccod's eyes suddenly became sharp, and the dagger in his hand trembled slightly. "You...what did you say?"

Black Snake saw hope. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down. "I said, I know who is behind all this. I know who killed..."

She deliberately drew out her voice and stared closely at Rocot, trying to catch some clues from his expression.

Roccod's heart sank suddenly, and a chill rushed from the soles of his feet to the top of his head. He stared into the black snake's eyes and said word by word: "Tell me! Who is it?"

The black snake raised a sinister smile, "Do you want to know? Beg me, beg me, and I will tell you..."

There was a flash of disgust in Rocot's eyes, and he increased the strength in his hand without hesitation. The black snake suddenly felt suffocated and his face turned red.

"Ahem...Lockold...you...you're going to regret it..."

"I, Rocot, never regret anything!"

Just as Roccod was about to kill, the door of the bar was suddenly kicked open. The glaring light instantly illuminated the dim room, and a cold voice sounded at the door:

"stop!"

Roccod turned around suddenly and saw a tall woman in a black windbreaker standing at the door. She was wearing a pair of sunglasses that covered most of her face, but from the lower half of her face that was exposed, it could be seen that this was an incredibly beautiful woman.

The woman slowly took off her sunglasses, revealing a pair of deep and cold eyes. She swept her gaze across the entire room, finally landing on Rocot, with a playful smile on her lips:

"Long time no see, Locot."

Locot's pupils suddenly contracted, and the dagger in his hand fell to the ground with a clang.

"It's you... why are you here?"

The woman walked into the bar with graceful steps, and her high heels tapped the ground, making a crisp sound, as if tapping on Rocot's heart.

"Do you want to know?" The woman walked up to Roccod, leaned down slightly, and whispered in his ear, "Then come with me."

Before Locot could react, the woman grabbed his wrist and pulled him out with a powerful force. He felt a flash before his eyes, and when he came to his senses, he was already in an unfamiliar room.
