There is an invisible rule in Pokémon battles that is, each Pokémon can only use a maximum of 4 moves in a battle. Metagross has already used 4 moves, Invisible Rock, Light Wall, Reflective Wall, and Earthquake. Apart from the Invisible Rock that was spread beforehand and caused a little damage to Owloo, the Earthquake, which was resisted twice as much, had limited effect on Owloo.

As we all know, if a support player is stuck on the field and the opponent's Pokémon is an attacker that can be strengthened, the battle is almost over.

Chihaya had no choice but to let Metagross use Earthquake, while Mitsuki used Sniper Owl three times in a row, Special Attack +3! What does Special Attack +6 mean? A 6% bonus, any move with the same damage multiplier is equivalent to four times the counter.
