Hogwarts Lion Girl

Chapter 230: Grand Prank

The smiles on Fred and George's faces disappeared, and they looked worriedly towards the door, where Umbridge's disgusting pink clothes appeared.

Fred and George exchanged a look, and they tacitly protected the shivering little boy behind them, staring at Umbridge coldly.

She walked into the corridor with a haughty manner, with a hint of false concern on her face, but the malice in her eyes could not be concealed.

She tapped her chin gently with her chubby finger and said in a voice so sweet that it made one feel cold: "Oh, look who is crying here? What a poor little fellow."

She squatted down and looked at the boy's swollen hand with a scrutinizing gaze, but a hint of cruel pleasure appeared at the corner of her mouth.

"Now you know, stupid children," she said in a shrill voice, "you can't beat me. Dumbledore has been driven away. I am the final winner! You children should regret it. If you had known this, you should not have joined those resistance organizations."

She stood up, brushed off the non-existent dust on her hands, and said with the arrogance of a winner, "Bad kids should be punished."

She glanced disdainfully at Fred and George. "You seem much better behaved now."

After saying that, she turned around triumphantly and left with her head held high like a victorious rooster.

The corridor was silent, with only the boy's suppressed sobs occasionally breaking the suffocating silence.

Fred took a deep breath and broke the silence: "George, I suddenly have an idea."

George raised his eyebrows with a sly smile on his face: “What a coincidence, me too.”

Fred's tone turned serious: "Although joke products can bring happiness to people most of the time,

George followed up on his words: “But there is no way to erase the sorrow and pain that has been caused.”

The two brothers' eyes met, and there was a determined light in each other's eyes.

They were silent for a moment, as if weighing something.

Fred spoke first, his tone firm: "I think studying may not be the only way out."

George nodded in agreement: "I think so too, but Mom might not agree."

Fred smiled mysteriously: "But our sponsor should be able to solve this problem."

George nodded and said with a smile: "Now I kind of understand what she meant before."

Fred's eyes sparkled with excitement. "But before I leave, I think I need a grand finale."

George nodded without hesitation: "I agree!"

……

Harry was completely confused at first, and had no idea what Fred and George were up to. But soon, on the day of the OWL exam, he witnessed the closing performance of what was later called "the greatest prank in the history of Hogwarts."

Due to Umbridge's autocratic rule, the OWL exams that originally included practical operation tests were forced to be changed to full written tests, which made many students complain.

Just as everyone was busy writing and the only sound in the classroom was the rustling of quills rubbing against parchment, strange noises suddenly came from outside the window, as if something was exploding.

Umbridge's face darkened, she stood up angrily, walked to the door of the classroom aggressively, and suddenly opened the door.

The moment the door opened, two figures riding on flying brooms, accompanied by a series of brilliant fireworks, rushed into the examination room like a whirlwind.

This sudden change stunned everyone. They stared at the scene in amazement, too surprised to speak a word.

Fred and George, the Weasley twins, were like two heroes who had fallen from the sky at this moment, with wanton smiles on their faces and mischievous gleams in their eyes.

Brilliant fireworks continued to explode on the wide dome, illuminating the originally dim classroom as bright as day. Colorful sparks fell like flowers from heaven, turning the entire classroom into a fantastic dream.

Afterwards, a huge fire dragon made of fireworks suddenly rushed towards Umbridge, knocking her to the ground. The test papers flew all over the sky like snowflakes, and the originally serious examination room instantly became a mess.

The fire dragon exploded at the door of the classroom. The huge impact force overturned all the messy school rules that Umbridge had posted on the wall and smashed them to the ground.

The students suddenly burst into deafening cheers. They threw down their pens, surrounded Fred and George, and rushed out of the classroom towards freedom.

Even the usually serious and old-fashioned professors showed pleased smiles, and Professor Flitwick waved his fist excitedly, as if to cheer them on.

Fred and George circled in the air on their broomsticks. Before leaving, they did not forget to wink at Serena on the top of the clock tower. They left Hogwarts in a graceful manner, and from then on they were free to fly as high as they could.

Salina watched Fred and George disappear into the distance, a smile forming on her lips. She nodded slightly, and only turned and left after confirming that the two had left safely.

She had discussed their plans in detail with the twin brothers a week ago and selected an ideal research location for them.

It was a hidden and safe basement located deep in Knockturn Alley. It was not only equipped with various alchemical equipment and magic props, but also had powerful defensive magic and alarm systems, which were enough to ensure that they could conduct research with peace of mind without having to worry about being disturbed by anyone.

Gorgeous fireworks exploded in the air, and colorful lights illuminated everyone's face.

Just as Harry looked up to admire this magnificent sight, his eyes seemed to suddenly travel across a long distance and saw a horrible scene.

Through the flickering fireworks, Harry saw Sirius being held tightly by Voldemort. He struggled but could not break free from the cold hand.

Voldemort pointed his wand at Sirius' throat, with a cruel smile on his face, and forced him to hand over the prophecy.

The light of the fireworks shone on Harry's face, but it could not cover up the fear flashing in his pupils. His lips trembled and his eyes looked into the distance empty, as if he had seen something terrible.

The perceptive Hermione immediately noticed that something was wrong with Harry. She reached out and gently touched Harry's shoulder, and asked softly, "Harry, what's wrong with you?"

Harry suddenly came to his senses, grabbed Hermione's arm, and said incoherently: "I saw Sirius, he was captured by Voldemort! We have to save him!"

Hermione was startled by Harry's sudden fear. She tried to stay calm and comforted him, "Harry, calm down. Professor Dumbledore is not here now. It could be a trap set by Voldemort!"

But Harry's reason had been devoured by fear. He retorted loudly: "What if this time is the same as the last time with Mr. Arthur? We can't wait any longer. It will be too late!"

Hermione and Ron wanted to persuade him further, but Harry had made up his mind. He turned around and rushed to the headmaster's office. He knew there was a Floo Network there, which could take him directly to the Ministry of Magic.

Hermione and Ron looked at each other and sighed helplessly. They knew they couldn't stop Harry, so they could only grit their teeth and follow.

However, when they ran to the office door panting, they found Umbridge standing there, followed by several ferocious-looking officials from the Ministry of Magic. It was obvious that they were well prepared.

Before Harry, Ron and Hermione could react, they were subdued by the Ministry of Magic officials with their wands and captured.
