Tao was fighting, throwing any Rakki she saw through the portal, sending them to secluded areas so they could no longer spread this evil plague.

But this proves to be a bit difficult, as the Rakki spread quickly and can attack anything that moves.

She needed to get this under control, and she needed to do it now!

Tao raised his arms above his head and swung them forward.

Around her, space seemed to crack open and it began to ripple through the air, attacking all the Rakki in the area.

Many suddenly vanished, though some seemed to sense the oncoming magical attack and moved to avoid it.

Buggy breathed a sigh of relief and cleaned up the remaining Rakki.

As Tao prepared to conjure another spell, she paused.

She tilted her head in confusion because she sensed something. An ancient presence.

A powerful presence.

She looked at Celeste Moon and noticed that she seemed to have noticed something as well.

They both looked at each other, because they felt a stronger sense of presence. This sense of presence can only be described as very strong...

And it's hot.

It comes quickly.

That's when they heard the roar of wheels and the engine sounded like it was exploding while driving.

Bucky soon heard it too, and all three of them turned around and looked down towards the end of the block.

A burning motorcycle spun around a street corner, crashing and crushing many Rak'iks and incinerating the infected.

In a violent whirlpool, someone was thrown out of the driver's seat, and with a beast-like metallic roar, he rushed towards another Rak ghost.

The Rak Ghost struggled for a moment before something was wrapped around its neck. It screamed in pain before the molten flames engulfed it, turning it into ash.

Tao, Celeste, and Bucky then see the men arriving at the scene.

The creature had a burning metal skull with red dots appearing in deep eye sockets. It wore a leather biker outfit with a white rectangle on the chest of the jacket. A set of burning chains was wrapped around one arm.

The moment the Rak ghosts saw the newcomers, they strangely paused in a brief moment of instinctive fear.

The Rakki focused his attention on the entity and immediately pounced on it.

The flaming skull simply swung its arm back and threw its chain whip, splitting some of them. The burning metal burned through all of them.

One of them ended up being strangled by the throat as the flames raced through them. It screamed in agony and in a matter of seconds it was reduced to a burning corpse.

"Who...what the hell is going on?" Bucky asked with awe and slight fear.

"I haven't seen him in a while." Tao smiled bitterly. "But if you must know, they are called Ghost Riders. Spirits of Vengeance.

The aforementioned Ghost Rider roared loudly in front of the Rak Ghost, and flames spewed out of its body, quickly surrounding the infected human, who was immediately reduced to ashes.

“Well… that’s not terrible. Bucky commented.

"Don't worry, Mr. Barnes." Tao said in a reassuring tone. "The Knights are those who wrongly accuse innocent people."

“That doesn’t help me at all,” Bucky almost yelled.

“Come on,” Celeste said, swinging her lightsaber. “We have to help him.”

Morn rushed forward, and a moment later the Sorcerer Supreme joined her.

Bucky stood there for a few seconds, mentally scolding himself, then trotted forward to rejoin the fight.

With these four fighters, the number of Rak ghosts decreased dramatically.

It wasn't long before the remaining Rakki were quickly tracked down and taken out.

With the chaos over, Tao quickly sends the four of them into the mirror dimension so they can escape any unwanted attention.

“We wiped them all out,” Bucky said immediately.

"It's all we can find," Celeste said bitterly. "But even if they are taken care of, the Mur amulet has been taken by Caecilius. As long as he has the amulet, the Rak Ghost Plague will threaten the entire planet and can be released anywhere.

"Then we'll find them and stop them," Tao promised. "But first..."

She turned to look at the newcomer who stood there silently, its fiery eyes looking at the three of them with a gaze that seemed to pierce their souls.

"Long time no see, Zarathos." Ancient One spoke, and Ghost Rider turned to look at her. "Ghost Rider has a new master."

It stared at her intently, and then slowly, the flames around the metal skull dimmed. Muscle and flesh soon appeared and took shape, revealing a Hispanic male in his early twenties.

He knelt slightly, breathing tiredly.

Tao walked up to him and helped him stand up.

"Who are you, then?" she asked the young man.

“Robbie Reyes,” the Hispanic man answered. “And I’m this… a friend of Saratos.
