Chapter 104 Hippogriff
The Care of Magical Creatures students were shocked and followed behind. The Slytherin house yelled about Hagrid together.
"They should fire him right away!" Pansy said, horrified.
"It's Malfoy's fault!" snapped Dean Thomas.Crabbe and Goyle flexed their muscles threateningly.
We climbed the stone steps to the empty vestibule. The students of Slytherin House, still talking about Hagrid, walked to their common room in the keep.
"He'll be fine," said Hermione nervously.
"Of course it'll be all right, Madam Pomfrey can sew up the wound in about a second," said Harry.
"It's too bad this happened to Hagrid's first lesson, though, isn't it?" said Ron, looking worried. "Malfoy is sure to mess things up..."
"He better get expelled," some of the Slytherins said angrily. Before they could fight, they had to be separated.
"It's really horrible." When they returned to Slytherin's house, Millicent, who went to see Malfoy in the school infirmary, sat on a chair nervously, crying with her face covered in her palms. "He's got a big gash in his arm," she wailed as they walked in.
A few Slytherin students comforted her a little, and then they went to the desk and started to do their homework.Jacqueline took her schoolbag from the room and walked out of the lounge.
"Where are you going?" Pansy asked from the sidelines.
"Doing homework." She replied, and she had already walked out of the lounge.
Jacquiline didn't go to the library, or Yuna's office. She went straight to the lake, leaned her schoolbag under a big tree, took out the textbook of arithmetic and prophecy, and began to read it.
After a while, a mermaid emerged from the lake, "It's been a long time since I saw you outside. Is there anything else that bothers you? How about that girl they call Mudblood?"
"She's fine," Jacquiline replied casually, flipping through the book, "only, a hippogriff is going to be put to death."
"I've heard about this." The mermaid said regretfully, "Although it's not its fault, it should be punished as it should be."
"I know." Jacqueline closed the book and rested her head on the tree trunk, "I just, feel sorry."
"Stop talking about it," the merman shook his head. "How was your first day?"
"I took prophecy and Muggle studies," Jacqueline sighed, reopened the book, and read it. "What do you think?"
"I think these two courses are very strange." A familiar voice sounded in front of Jacqueline, Jacqueline raised her head in surprise, and Hermione was standing in front of her.
"Why are you here?" Jacqueline closed the book and asked curiously.
"I saw you here in the lounge." Hermione crossed her arms and looked down at her. "What were you talking to just now?"
"Mermaid." Jacqueline said simply.
"I heard that they have their own language." Hermione said curiously, "How do you know their language?"
"There is a mermaid who was my playmate when I was a child." Jacqueline explained, "Why did you come here?"
"I'm here to ask." Hermione crossed her arms, "What trick is Malfoy playing again? Is he trying to harm Hagrid and Buckbeak?"
"First," Jacqueline put the book back in her bag and stood up, "I'm a Slytherin, and I don't feel the need to explain anything to a Gryffindor. Second, this matter itself is Hagrid. So no matter what Malfoy wants to do, it cannot be considered a trick. Finally," at this time, the two of them walked across the lake towards the castle, "Malfoy was injured, and Mr. Malfoy must have known about it, so . . . " She squinted at Hermione, "This matter..."
"Malfoy will definitely cheat!" Hermione said unhappily.
"Fake injury?" Jacqueline smiled self-deprecatingly, "Because we are students of Slytherin, do you think everything we said is false? Everyone present saw that Malfoy's arm There's a big hole in it."
"But last time Harry was injured, Madam Pomfrey could sew up the wound in the blink of an eye!" Hermione blushed and exclaimed, "Malfoy just wanted to mess things up."
"Is there anything wrong?" Jacqueline smiled. "This matter was originally Hagrid's fault."
"How could it be Hagrid's fault!" Hermione frowned, "Hagrid warned that if you insult the monster, it will attack. Malfoy didn't listen, it's his own fault."
"It's not that you didn't make a mistake after warning." Jacqueline said as she climbed up the stairs, "Hagrid is a professor now, he should have thought of any accidents in the class, but the students were exposed to it in the first class. Hippogriff, that's too fast."
"He's just trying to get through his first class!" Hermione retorted. "Besides, you said, they're not dangerous."
"That's because I've seen them." Jacqueline said as she walked into Yuna's classroom.
"Then will you help us?" Hermione followed her, "Go and prove to Dumbledore that the Hippogriff is innocent."
"I can prove their innocence," Jacqueline spread the book in front of her, "but I'm afraid even the headmaster can't do anything about it. And, in the final analysis, making Hagrid a professor, even Dumbledore Lido is also responsible."
"Jacqueline!" cried Hermione suddenly, her face flushed with anger, "how could you!"
"Cough cough." Yuna coughed on the front podium, Hermione glanced at Yuna nervously, and immediately shut her mouth tightly.
"I won't let you get away easily." Hermione snorted, turned and walked out.
Jacqueline shook her head and continued with her homework.
