Originally, when only the people in the project department were cheering him on, the captain was as energetic and radiant as a fully inflated ball; however, the situation is completely different now. He ignored us security guards, as if he had abandoned his duties and obligations. Isn't this a typical behavior of abandoning responsibility? In my opinion, he is just so-so, a piece of mud that can't be helped! You see, since the captain was not liked by the project department, he has been like a deflated ball, completely without spirit.

At this point, we can only rely on ourselves to find ways to solve the difficulties. Every time we go to the team leader to ask for advice on how to deal with difficult problems, he always acts indifferent and unconcerned. Alas, I can only blame myself for being too stupid and not being able to understand the reason. Now that I think about it carefully, I am afraid that there is some involvement or conflict between the team leader and the project department, so he is so indifferent to us.

What happened to the captain? He didn't roar all day. We felt something was wrong. It would be great if he didn't make things difficult for our security guards. But all the usual signs showed that the captain was irritated by something. Rumor has it that he was betrayed by someone on the same front. There's no need to say it here. Think about it, the safety officer of the project department is not an ordinary person. As long as he opens his mouth, the whole project department will cheer and warmly welcome him! But when it comes to his methods, it's a bit different. It can be said to be "two-faced". The captain and the safety officer colluded with each other, and in the end he fell down. See! Isn't this a problem?

Take the captain for example. Although he seems smart, he is actually a man who changes his attitude according to the situation. Every time he sees a security guard, he will take out a cigarette from his pocket and pass it to him, asking him to smoke. After all, you should be grateful to the person who has helped you! As a result, the security guard naturally felt embarrassed to embarrass the captain and turned his attention to us, the poor security guards.

However, not long after, the captain began to get restless again, always thinking about getting some benefits or trying something new. Gradually, even the safety officer began to flatter him and actively invited him to participate in management work. Now the captain is still his little leader, but he is just holding back because he was teased by the safety officer before!

Seeing the security team on the construction site becoming increasingly chaotic, the person in charge of the project department could not remain indifferent. Not only that, the safety officer and the captain of the security team even conspired to do something bad to the person in charge of the project department, trying to take advantage of this opportunity to cancel the contract signed with us! This is simply too much!

Despite this, the project manager still firmly believed that he should call Mr. L to inquire about the situation! He expressed on the phone that he hoped Mr. L could personally participate in the management of security work, which would be better.

However, Mr. L couldn't get away at this moment, but after careful consideration, he felt that it would be safer to entrust this responsibility to the captain. So he decided to have a good talk with the captain and urge him to fulfill his management responsibilities conscientiously. After all, for security work, it is full of various unknowns and challenges, and the slightest carelessness may lead to unpredictable consequences. Oh my God! Although it is faster to recruit a new batch of employees, it is obviously not a wise move. It is not economical and may cause a lot of trouble. Why did the captain suddenly become so tough? He was also very resolute in his actions, and he severely reprimanded everyone, saying that if they didn't do a good job, they would be fired. Although it sounds a bit scary, in fact, no security guard would back down or be scared away by this. After all, if even basic items such as sunscreen cannot be provided to employees, who would be willing to work here?

Perhaps it was because he knew this that the captain decided to act smart and show off himself! Both the project team and Mr. L seemed to think highly of him, which made him full of vigor and vitality, and gave him a strong sense of belonging and being cherished. Therefore, he became more rigorous and serious when leading the team.

That captain is really giving us a headache now! Back then, we gave him the position of captain purely because our project department was very optimistic about him, but who would have thought that General Manager L couldn't do without him for a moment. Now, this guy has become more and more arrogant and domineering, yelling at us and pointing fingers at us all day long. He says there is a problem here, and then he finds fault there. He is simply nitpicking! What's even more outrageous is that there are some things that should not be handled by our security guards, but he insists on forcing them on us. This is really infuriating, and the fire of anger in everyone's hearts is about to be ignited by him!

Moreover, this guy is a person without his own opinion. He is just a puppet who only knows how to obey orders and perform tasks mechanically. No matter what instructions or requirements the project department issues, he will do it without hesitation, and he will not even think about whether it is reasonable, as if the meaning of his existence is just to pass on instructions. However, once any problems or mistakes occur, he immediately puts all the responsibilities on us poor security guards, as if everything is our fault. But what is the reality? We are the most innocent victims! Unknowingly, we have become the unlucky ones who take the blame for him!

Faced with such a speechless situation, everyone was really miserable, and their hearts were filled with endless helplessness and anger. But at this point, it seemed that there was no better solution. What was worse was that this incompetent captain not only did not lose power because of his mistakes at work, but became more and more authoritative. Since we could not confront him head-on, we had to be patient for a while and wait and see what tricks he would come up with to torment us next.

The captain felt that he had a huge responsibility and mission. No matter which person in charge was responsible, they all seemed to have high expectations of him and were extremely dependent on him. This feeling of being valued and needed made him feel a little flattered.

Look at that smug look! He walked with his head held high, each step carrying a heavy force, as if he wanted to step out a deep pit in the hard ground under his feet; and when he spoke, he was full of confidence, his tone was tough and even a little aggressive, giving people a feeling of being arrogant and self-centered. At this moment, he was like a dazzling star, emitting unparalleled light. . He seemed to think that the team could not function without him, and all team members should unconditionally obey his arrangements and commands. If anyone dared to covet his position, it would be simply wishful thinking! Faced with such an arrogant and domineering captain, although everyone was angry, they could do nothing about it and could only choose to swallow their anger. After all, he was just a small security guard.

...It's not a big deal actually. But the problem lies here. Even though it seems like there's nothing to do, their project department has to find something for you to do, which makes us exhausted and makes everyone even more angry. Originally, if we really can't stay here anymore, we can just quit, but the reality is not that easy! After all, life requires money everywhere. If we quit rashly now, it will be difficult to find a new job in a short time. Moreover, we didn't make plans in advance when looking for other jobs, which made us very passive now.
