"You are, you are threatening me!" Vernon's face turned red and his chest heaved violently.

"I have no ill intentions. I just hope you can calm down as soon as possible. If you are willing to cooperate, I promise that this will only be a simple talk." The exquisite porcelain made a slight crisp sound when it hit the table, but it made the Dursleys tremble all over. "As for the deal we talked about before, if you refuse, I will not force it."

Penny was the first to calm down. She held her husband's arm tightly, as if she wanted to draw courage from him. She pursed her dry lips and said in a hoarse voice. "What do you want to talk about?"

"Take your nephew for example. How do you know he's different?"

"How did you know?" Penny snorted coldly, "From the first moment I saw him, I knew that he was a monster just like my sister!"

"Of course she gave birth to a little monster when she married another freak!"

Penny narrowed her eyes, as if recalling some unpleasant memories: "My parents were so happy when they received the acceptance letter. A witch appeared in an ordinary family! But only I know her true nature. She is a freak who can only suck blood! In the Middle Ages, she would be a monster that would be sent to the stake!"

Very good, Mrs. Dursley's excited attitude has confirmed that the relationship between the two sisters is not very good. Charles touched the teacup. In such a situation, she would raise the child left by her sister. This woman who looks a bit mean in front of her, maybe... she is a good person?

"She disappeared after graduation, and Harry was dropped off at our doorstep one night." There seemed to be a piece of ice in Penny's voice.

The pure sister like a lily seldom wrote home after going to school. Every time she wrote, her parents would send her a sum of pounds. They were just an ordinary family with a little savings. In order to prevent her sister from being bullied in an unfamiliar environment, the three of them had to live frugally. She had not even bought any new clothes at the age when girls love beauty the most!

But she was so good. She would tinker with all kinds of weird things when she went home during the holidays. After graduation, she married a man they had never met. After marriage, she cut off contact with her family and even did not attend her parents' funeral! This was the little daughter that her parents were worried about before they died!

After Petunia and Vernon got married, they finally lived a comfortable life for two years, but then they received the news of their sister's death, along with a child named "Harry Potter" and a letter with her name on it.

Penny originally planned to send the child to an orphanage. Daley was still young, and it would be difficult for the family to rely solely on Vernon's salary. However, considering the content of the letter, she hesitated. It was her husband who saw her dilemma and persuaded her to keep the child and work harder to support the family.

At first Petunia wanted to be a good aunt. After all, this was the only flesh and blood left by her sister, and the grudges of the elders had nothing to do with the child. However, Harry was not an ordinary child. When he was ignorant, every time he cried, it would bring great trouble, not to mention the financial loss. Once, the chandelier in the house even fell down, sending Vernon to the hospital.

From that day on, Penny could no longer contain her malice towards the child, and could no longer control her temper. She admitted that she was not kind to her nephew, but she did raise him safely and she had done so with a clear conscience.

No matter how much Petunia hated Harry, she still hoped that the child could grow up well, even if he accomplished nothing or had no future. That was why she had always been afraid of magic. She didn't want the child to disappear from the world like her sister did after going there, and then one day in the future she would receive news of the death of a loved one again.

There was no funeral and no body was seen.

Penny's eyes were slightly red. She closed her eyes tightly and held back her tears. "If you want to persuade me to let him go to that damn school, I won't agree."

"Hmm?" Ciel raised an eyebrow, "Of course not. It's your choice whether to send him to school or not."

"The reason I came here is just because I hope you can agree to let me contact him for a while."

"Just, like this?" Penny asked in disbelief. If it was just a small matter, were they overreacting?

"That's right," Ciel nodded slightly, "It's just that, after all, considering your previous attitude towards magic, I personally think that obtaining the guardian's consent in advance is basic etiquette."

"As a thank you, I will provide you with a small amount of funding."

"What do you mean by occasional contact..." Vernon frowned, "Is it possible for you to take him away from here?"

Is this an impatience to kick people out?

Ciel narrowed his eyes, but before he could say anything he was interrupted by Penny's anxious voice: "No, he can't leave here."

She bit her lower lip and said firmly, "He can't leave here before he reaches adulthood."

It seems there is something else going on here. A gleam flashed in Charles' eyes, and he raised his lips: "Of course, as you wish."

Before leaving the Dursleys' house, Charles once again saw the legendary Harry Potter - a boy wearing clumsy glasses, his clothes were too big for him, making him look even thinner, his face was dark yellow, his hair was tangled into a ball, he was the kind of person who would not even give Charles a second glance if he saw him on the street.

When he saw me, he looked obviously timid, as if he was afraid of being beaten, but he looked at me with envy.

"Master Charles, would you like to see the contract I prepared earlier?" the man driving the car turned around and asked.

"Let's destroy it. He's of no use to me." Ciel had originally planned to buy out Harry Potter from the Dursleys all at once, but now he thought that the original idea was indeed too simple.

Not to mention the strange rule that "you can't leave before you reach adulthood", Ciel didn't have much affection for Harry Potter.

Can a boy who is inferior, sensitive, weak and ambitious to prove himself really resist the sugar-coated bullets of the magic world after returning to the magic world? Countless praises and admiration will come pouring in, but can he really live up to the title of "savior" and the expectations of the wizards?

Ciel didn't think that Harry Potter could do this. Maybe he was a little clever. Obviously, he had guessed that he came here for him. His various behaviors after meeting him were telling him that his life was not good and he wanted to get some help from him...

If such a person is promoted, there is a great possibility that he will become arrogant and willful. It would be fine if he is just a puppet, but once he is in power, it will probably be a disaster.

After that, just contact him occasionally, there is no need to get too close to him.
