Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Chapter 154 Encounter with the Black Sun Organization

"Something's happening!" The clone commando captain "The Boss" roared loudly.

Out of the hills and woods around them came a large group of men who seemed to be bounty hunters and pirates, some of them walking in front while others were running towards them and shooting at them.

The Falcon immediately took off into the air while Cap, Kenobi, and Voss began to deflect blaster fire while Delta Squad fought back.

"Who the hell are these guys?" Falcon asked from above, firing at the unexpected enemy.

"It seems we are not the only ones looking for Ziro. There are many others looking for him." Obi-Wan said, igniting his lightsaber.

Voss deflected several blaster bolts at the person closest to him, hitting him in the head, and the humanoid fell backwards, revealing his true form.

"That's the Falleen," Voss pointed out.

“Black Sun,” Scorch roared, firing his custom-made DC-17M blaster rifle with a grenade launcher attachment. “It’s those bastards again.”

"Who is Black Sun?" Captain America asked while fighting.

"A criminal organization with great power," Obi-Wan said.

"They must be hunting Ziro," the Repairman surmised.

"You mentioned something about Ziro having incriminating evidence against those oversized slugs," Falcon said, flying low and kicking a human pirate, sending him into the dark swamp.

"It looks like these bastards are looking for Ziro as well." Voss guessed and forcefully fought off a few pirates.

"Sir, if we stay here and kill these guys, it may take all day," the boss said, "You and Master Kenobi need to keep moving forward."

"I don't think we'll—"

"They're right, Obi-Wan," Cap said as he covered Sev, who nodded to Cap, "You two need to keep moving. We won't fall too far behind."

"Droids!" Scorch yelled, aiming his rifle at the droids flying overhead and began bombarding the area with blaster rounds that were more explosive than anything they had dealt with before.

"Who are these guys?" Falcon asked, now having to spin to avoid the robots that were harassing him in the air.

"They don't look like any of the Separatist droids we've taken down," Sev noted, carefully shooting down droid after droid, followed by the distracted pirates and hunters who were also engaging the droids, "Probably bounty hunting droids."

"It must be a prototype model."

"Yes, we are test subjects."

"They don't seem to be on anyone's side but their own," Cap said, ducking slightly and raising his shield above his head to block a small wave of incoming blasters.

Several of these new robots landed around the area and proceeded to take out the remaining pirates and bounty hunters before turning their attention to the eight still standing.

"Well, that's not surprising at all," Kenobi said, taking on his usual Soresu stance as they were now surrounded by at least a few dozen of these new unique droids.

The American team and Voss stood with the boss, their eyes moving back and forth, looking at all the robots around them, observing them. Although these robots looked crude, they were strong enough that any blind spots or weaknesses would be covered by the robots closest to each other, so it seemed that the eight of them would have to struggle to escape.

What was strange, however, was how they were surrounded without even realizing it.

"Move," the boss yelled, and the team began to attack, splitting into teams of two so they could quickly deal with the remaining robots.

The Boss and Quinlan moved upward together, the two frequently swapping positions as Quinlan constantly maneuvered around the commandos to block the constant blaster fire while taking out any droids that tried to charge at them, in the process the Boss taking out the droids he was targeting one by one.

Seff and Falcon make an odd pairing, with the shooting being pretty fast, with Falcon flying through the air, giving Seff a chance to snipe every robot that comes after the pilot.

Cap threw his shield forward, causing it to bounce around the swarm of robots. Cap's throw had a specific purpose, as it hit several robots, giving Scorch the opportunity to take them out at once with his grenade launcher.

Obi-Wan was simply providing cover for the repairman standing behind him as he kept firing at the multiple droids that tried to charge at the two.

Eventually, the remaining droids retreated, forming a wall to confront their enemies. The droids extended their arms, compartments opened, blaster barrels popped out, and they opened fire on everyone.

The Jedi were able to deflect many of the incoming bullets, but the intensity of the fire forced them to roll, flip, and spin. They were somewhat thankful that the surrounding forest provided some cover for them. When some droids flew in close, two Jedi used the Force to pause their movements so they had a chance to decapitate them.

"Surprisingly, these robots are more challenging than any we've dealt with before," Kenobi commented.

"Don't be ridiculous. Much more troublesome than a commando droid," Sev pointed out.

"These aren't Sith-made robots," the repairman said. "I've never seen droids like them, in their design and model."

The clone "boss" said, "It must be another supplier."

"We can work on that later. Now, just stay alive."

After a few more minutes, the eight-man team finally took down all the robots and they breathed a sigh of relief.

"I'm going to take a break now."

"Let's talk about it later. We still have a mission to complete."

"Yes, sir."

Obi-Wan turned around and saw Captain America standing over a disassembled droid.

"Steve?"

"Ok?"

"Are you OK?"

"Sorry...just about these robots..."

"Do you recognize them?"

Captain America narrowed his eyes and said, "No...it...is not like that."

Shaking his head, he walked over to Kenobi and patted him on the shoulder, "We'll talk later, come on, let's finish this mission."

Obi-Wan glanced at the droid, then turned and ran after his companion who was walking ahead of him.

Eventually, the clone troopers ran into a house by a swampy lake, and when the two Jedi and the two Avengers continued forward, the clone troopers could no longer keep up. Because the Jedi could use the Force to jump and land not far from the entrance of the building, Falcon spread his metal wings and let Captain America stand on them and fly over the swamp.

"We must be cautious," Kenobi advised, "We don't know what might be lurking here.

Before Obi-Wan and the two Avengers could plan anything, Voss quickly ignited his lightsaber and slashed through the front door, kicking it inside.

"Vos!" Kenobi exclaimed, "Someone lives here!"

It was not until they stepped into the building that Voss and the two Avengers looked up and covered their mouths and noses.

"Oh my god, what's that smell?!" Falcon complained.

"It smells like someone died in here," Voss shouted.

When venturing further into the residence, they soon found the source of…the smell.

"Barging into my house, is that polite, smart guy?"

The four men saw a very large and fat Hutt that stretched all the way to the top of the ceiling. Judging by some features, they realized that the Hutt was a woman, however, the voice seemed like that of a man.

"I'm sorry, ma'am," Obi-Wan said in a serious and funny tone, "He hasn't grasped the concept of knocking yet. For that, I apologize."

Female Hutt was in no mood to play games. "Then I should reciprocate, Mr. Flower Pants."

The female Hutt throws some kind of large insect at them, which the four men avoid.

"That's not necessary." Captain America said, "We're not here to hurt you."

The Hutt woman scoffed, "It'll be the first time tonight."

"What do you mean?"

"Meaning...first, my son and his lame girlfriend come in and drag me out of my starship."

"Wait, son?" Falcon muttered, "You're not going to tell me that's Ziro's mom?"

"Obviously," Voss responded.

Ziro's mother then continued her rant: "Then some nasty things with weird helmets rushed in and forced me to give up where Ziro was going." Then she glared at the four men fiercely, "You want to kill my child too?"

"Oh, no, ma'am," Obi-Wan said quickly, "but your son will not be so lucky if we don't find him before the bounty hunters do."

Ziro's mother considered the words before telling them the location, "Tice. My kids are going to Tice."

The four nodded, and Voss turned to them and said, "We need to go to that jungle planet."
