Ginny knew that Teddy didn't have the answers he wanted in the report. But she also had a feeling that he didn't really care. When they were done talking, he casually tossed the parchment back into his bag. Then the two sat there drinking tea, discussing the upcoming birthday, Teddy's chances at the Ministry, and the party at the Burrow that night.Other than the holidays, there is only birthdays that bring everyone together and that excites everyone, kids and adults alike.

Teddy took the empty teacup to the sink, and Ginny checked the time.Severus seemed to think the same, since Teddy had just finished washing the glasses when he came in.Seeing Teddy using his sink, he smiled sarcastically.

"We'll have to go in a minute," she told Severus.

Severus nodded.

"I'm going to hug Gabriel." He left the kitchen.

The back door opened and Aurora walked in, her face glowing with the sun.She went straight to Ginny, leaning against her mother.Ginny smiled and ran her fingers through Aurora's curly black hair.

"Is everyone else going back, dear?" Ginny asked.

Aurora nodded.

"Well, Mom."

"Okay, go wash your hands, we're going to the Burrow."

As Aurora left the kitchen, James and Hugo entered from the backyard.Ron and Hermione's son Hugo was talking loudly about how Gryffindor was going to ruin Slytherin the next year.James, the son of Harry's Pansy and a Slytherin, stared blankly at Hugo as he spoke.

"I'm going to be on the team this year, I'm sure, and then you have to watch out for me on the field—"

"I really don't think there will be a difference," James cut him off.

"You'll be like, 'Where's Weasley? Where's he?' and 'Boom'! I'll snatch the Quaffle out of your hand. Let Gryffindor win!" Hugo held up his hands, Almost hit Lily in the face as she walked into the kitchen with Albus and Tristan.

"Be careful, Hugo!" Lily cried, hitting him on the shoulder.

Hugo staggered a bit, but still had a lively chat with James.Albus imitated Hugo behind his back, and Tristan leaned against the counter and laughed.

"Stop it," Tristan begged, wiping tears from his eyes.

Ginny looked at Teddy with a smile, and when Aurora returned to the kitchen, he called her over.He picked her up and kissed her exposed belly lightly, and she giggled.

"Where are your flowers, Rory?" he asked her.

The kitchen was noisy and full of children, which made Ginny's head hurt even more.Putting her hands to her head, she turned away from the children and saw Severus walking in with Gebe in his arms.

"Mom!" cried Gabe, holding out his hand to Ginny.

Severus handed the beaming child to Ginny, then gave her a steaming goblet. She raised an eyebrow, and Severus raised an eyebrow too.

"Drink it. It will soothe your nerves," he ordered.

Ginny did as she did, drinking the potion with a frown. She handed him the empty goblet and he set it down on the counter. He looked around the kitchen unhappily. It was getting louder and louder here, and Hugo's shouts overwhelmed everyone.

"You're all going to 'damn'!"

"Watch your words, Mr. Weasley," Severus snapped.

The kitchen fell silent, Ginny turned around and looked at the children with a smile.Even Teddy cringed at Severus' words.

"I'm sorry," Hugo muttered.

Tristan and Albus struggled to hold back a laugh behind them.

"I think you should go," Severus said coldly. "The Burrow awaits this madness."

Ginny laughed harder, and she nodded, feeling the potion starting to work.

"Are you going to St. Mungo's?" Teddy asked his godmother.

Severus looked at Ginny with some surprise.

"St. Mungo's? Were you going to go today?"

Ginny tried to nod, but Gebe grabbed her face with both hands. She kissed his forehead and he laughed.

"Yeah, I've been planning that until I realized what day it was."

Tristan had appeared beside Ginny, and he must have been listening to what they were saying. He tugged at her sleeve, turning her to look at him.

"What's the matter, Tris?"

"I want to go with you," he told her.

"I'm not going, baby, I don't have time."

Ginny put Geb on the ground and looked at the children.

"Everyone wash your hands, we have to go. Don't be too long, or I'll send Severus to find you!"

Severus glared at her as the children ran from the kitchen to the bathroom.Only Aurora stayed to play with Gabe.Ginny pulled her hair back into a bun, and Severus glanced at his pocket watch.

"When are you going to St. Mungo's," he asked, snapping his watch shut.

"Severus, I can't go," Ginny said wearily. "Look at these kids, I don't have time."

"I can go straight to the Burrow," Teddy said. "I'll bring a few to fly there with me. Victova should go there earlier with her parents."

Ginny was about to speak when Severus waved her to be quiet.

"I'll go with Lupine and take the rest of the kids," Severus said. "I'll let Olga meet me at the Burrow."

He wrinkled his lips and said the word "The Burrow".Ginny's eyes widened in surprise.

"Are you going to Harry's party tonight?"

Her tone made Severus sneer.

"I just can't help being shocked, Severus." Ginny laughed. "You didn't attend his birthday...never."

"Yes, the invitations are piled up. Maybe sometimes you have to put on a show." He replied sarcastically.

Ginny felt a weight being lifted off her shoulders. She couldn't refuse their offer—she wanted to go to St. Mungo's so badly.

"Then can I go?"

"Yes, leave the monsters to me and Lupine," Severus told her.

She looked at Teddy, he winked at her, and she laughed.

"Then we can go?"

Ginny found Tristan standing in the doorway. He put his hands in his pockets and looked more mature, which made Ginny tremble a little.Tristan had just finished his first year at Hogwarts; he was a Gryffindor and the whole family was proud of him. However, as the oldest child, he seems to be the fastest growing.

"Yes, we're going over there. Can you go get my bag?"

Albus and Hugo shoved each other, almost hitting Severus.

"Ah, sorry," Hugo said, and Severus narrowed his eyes.

"Auntie, where are we going?" Albus asked with wide green eyes.

Ginny rolled her eyes and ruffled his black hair.

"You go to the Burrow with the others. You can help grandma get ready for your father's birthday."

"Sounds like a disaster," James said sarcastically from behind.

"It's going to be fun! We can put flowers everywhere!" Lily said, joining her older brothers. "Daddy would love it, wouldn't he?"

"Of course," Ginny said.

Tristan returned with her bag, which Ginny gratefully accepted. She quickly led all the children to the fire.Teddy held Aurora and Gabe by the hands. They are the youngest children and must travel with someone.Lily, who was not yet eleven, tugged at the sleeve of Severus, who had just tied a letter to his black owl leg. After the owl flew out of the window, Severus bolted the window.

"Floo fan, Severus?" Ginny called.

Frowning, he squeezed his way through the children.Lily hopped after him.Severus picked up a small bowl by the fireplace.Ginny grabbed a handful and threw it into the flames she had lit while Severus was writing. The flames turned green, and Teddy walked in with her two youngest children by the hand.Flame licked Geb's body, and he giggled.

"The Burrow!" Teddy yelled, and the three of them disappeared in an instant.

"Okay, kids, don't do anything to make Granny mad," Ginny warned, sending James to get the Floo powder.

He smiled smugly at the other kids and disappeared.Albus and Hugo followed James separately.Ginny turned to Severus and Lily.Lily grinned and tugged at Severus' sleeve. He looked annoyed, but Ginny knew he was just putting on airs.Severus still didn't know how important he was to Harry's children's lives.

"Thank you, Sev," Ginny said softly, kissing him on the cheek. "See you later!"

Severus frowned reluctantly at her display of affection, then tossed a handful of Floo powder into the fireplace and walked in.Severus could have Apparated if there weren't so many kids using the Floo system, but they had to make sure everyone got to the Burrow safely. After Severus and Lily disappeared, Ginny took Tristan and left through the back door.
