This Hogwarts isn't normal.

#984 - First Project: Fire Dragon

A Welsh Green Dragon, a Swedish Short-Snout Dragon, a Chinese Fireball Dragon, and a Hungarian Horntail Dragon.

Four dragons, four different breeds, four different personalities, some docile and some brutal.

Vincent and Hermione hid behind a large tree, quietly watching the dragon tamers do their best to subdue them.

The easiest to deal with was undoubtedly the Welsh Green Dragon, which didn't like to cause trouble, and the champion who drew it was undoubtedly lucky.

The most difficult to deal with was naturally the largest Hungarian Horntail Dragon.

Its entire body was covered in thick, brownish-red scales, its tail was covered in spikes, and the flames it breathed from its mouth were like small mountains, requiring three dragon tamers to cast the Shield Charm simultaneously to defend against it.

Its strength was also particularly great. One dragon tamer, who was accidentally swept by its tail, flew more than ten meters and crashed into a tree. If it weren't for the tall, sturdy oak trees all around, it probably could have flown another ten meters.

Although the dragon tamer fell to the ground, he quickly stood up, casting the Shield Charm to defend against the flames, while heading straight for the Hungarian Horntail Dragon that had sent him flying, demonstrating his physical fitness.

Vincent felt that his back looked somewhat familiar.

That agile figure and magical ability far surpassing other dragon tamers, and that head of red hair…

"It's Charlie!" Hermione shouted his name excitedly.

Charlie, who had run up to the Hungarian Horntail Dragon, didn't seem to hear her voice. He slid on his feet to the dragon's belly, where the scales were thinner.

A strong red light flashed, and it staggered a few steps in place.

Seeing this, the other dragon tamers took out the chains from their waists and lassoed its four legs and tail, while Charlie, who was under its belly, kept casting Stunning Spells.

With their tacit cooperation, the most troublesome Hungarian Horntail Dragon fell to the ground, struggling desperately like the other three dragons.

"Damn it!" A young dragon tamer quickly poured two large bottles of potion into the Hungarian Horntail Dragon's mouth. "Why is this sedative becoming less and less effective?"

An older dragon tamer held the chains binding its hind legs tightly with both hands. "Dragons not only have high magic resistance, but their drug resistance is also very strong. We need to switch to a more effective sedative as soon as possible."

Charlie's wand was always pointed at its weak, slightly exposed belly. "There is a Potions Master at the school who can help us brew some."

Vincent and Hermione, hiding behind the big tree, exchanged glances, both with meaningful smiles on their faces.

Asking Snape for help was really great.

Since it concerned the Triwizard Tournament and the life of his old classmate's precious son, he would definitely agree, no matter how unwilling he was.

And a person's energy is limited. The four dragons have different drug resistances. While he is improving the sedative, he won't be able to keep watch every night.

Vincent and Hermione quietly left.

The 4.0 version of the Flying Boots could already achieve complete silence in normal mode, and the noise of the high-speed cruise mode was also reduced a lot, but when the speed broke the sound barrier, a sonic boom was still inevitable.

But just as the two left, Charlie turned his head vigilantly to look at the big tree.

"What's wrong? Charlie?"

Charlie squinted and looked at it for a long time. "It's nothing, it must be my imagination."

Back in Jormungandr's cave, Vincent took a sip of whiskey to calm his nerves after holding Hermione and landing.

"You'll never guess what we just saw."

The twins were immediately intrigued.

"Saw what?"

"Charlie."

Ron, who was only focused on eating, also became interested. "Charlie? What's he doing at school?"

Vincent originally intended to keep them in suspense, but Hermione, who couldn't wait, told them what happened.

There were dragons in the Forbidden Forest, and four of them, with completely different breeds, personalities, and temperaments.

Hermione gave a simple overview, glancing meaningfully at Harry and Fleur.

The first task of the Triwizard Tournament tested the courage of the four champions, and the dragons that the dragon tamers had secretly transported into the Forbidden Forest happened to be four.

Sirius and Lupin, slightly tipsy, sobered up instantly.

"Merlin's Pure Malt Whiskey! Those are dragons that even adult wizards can't handle alone. Is the organizing committee trying to commit murder!"

Sirius stood up and smashed his glass. "Remus, let's go, call Old Shafiq and the others to protest to the Ministry of Magic!"

Harry quickly stopped the two of them. "Godfather, Professor Lupin, I don't want to cause you any more trouble."

The British wizarding world was already in an uproar because of the smear articles. This time, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang were involved, and it wouldn't end as simply as last time.

Lupin put his hand on Sirius's shoulder. "The organizing committee has its own considerations. Since they intend to use dragons to test the champions, they will definitely take safety measures accordingly."

The Triwizard Tournament had been suspended for more than two hundred years because of its danger. Unless the organizing committee wanted to make this year's the last, they would not allow major casualties to occur.

Sirius calmed down slightly. "Remus, it's not that I don't trust Harry, but have you forgotten that someone is trying to harm him? The first task is dragons. I can't imagine what he will face next."

Dragons, one of the most dangerous creatures in the wizarding world.

Even Fleur, who was 17 years old, did not have the confidence to deal with them, let alone Harry, who was only 14 years old.

But at this moment, he showed a smile. "Godfather, I am no longer the little boy who needs to be protected."

He rolled up his sleeves, revealing his muscular arms. "Look, Vincent's anti-strike training is very effective. I can clearly feel my body getting stronger little by little every day recently."

He clenched his fist. "I can't say anything else, but if it's dealing with someone like Malfoy, I guarantee I can deal with three of them at the same time."

Sirius saw a firm determination in Harry's bright green eyes.

This long-lost look also stunned Lupin.

If it were James, he would definitely not back down because someone was trying to harm him.

Sirius looked at the much stronger Harry and showed a gratified smile. "Three are not enough. It would be about right if you add his two little followers."

Crabbe and Goyle, ah, although Harry couldn't guarantee it now, he could still figure out a way to take them down together.

The tense atmosphere disappeared, and the joyful party continued.

In the afternoon, the twins suddenly suggested going to see the dragons together.

Perhaps it was because of the alcohol, but everyone unanimously agreed to this decision.

Fred hooked his arm around Cedric's shoulder with a teasing look. "Cedric, what's that saying from the ancient East?"

Cedric blinked. "Know yourself and know your enemy, and you will never be defeated. It means that if you have a thorough understanding of the enemy's situation and your own situation, there will be no danger in battle."

"Right, right, right!" Fred winked at Cho. "Young man, you're very good. You have a bright future."

Cedric could of course tell that this was teasing.

But this time, he didn't get anxious as usual, but looked at Fred with a sincere face. "Thank you for your encouragement. I am also full of expectations for my future. Believe me, I will definitely live up to your expectations."

This sarcastic answer made Fred feel very uncomfortable.

Old Man Merlin was right. The little badgers who look harmless on the surface are indeed very black-bellied.
